The updated list of Supervisors may be requested from the Data Controller at any time.

The data are processed for the period of time necessary to provide the service requested by the User, or required for the purposes described in this document, and the User may request interruption of the processing and deletion of the data at any time. The Data is processed at the Controller’s operating units and at any other site where the parties involved in the processing are located.

The User’s Personal Data may be used for defence by the Controller in court or in phases before it occurs against abuses in the use of same or of the connected services by the User. The User declares that it is aware that the Controller may be asked to reveal his data at the request of public authorities.
The subjects to whom the Personal Data refers are entitled at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence, or non-existence, of same held by the Data Controller, to learn the content and origin, to verify the accuracy and request supplementation, deletion, updating, correction, conversion to anonymous format or blocking of Personal Data processed in breach of the law, and to object at any time, for legitimate reasons, to the processing. Requests must be sent to the Data Controller.

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to the present privacy policy at any time by publicising it to Users on this page; therefore, please consult it often, taking note of the latest modification date indicated at the bottom of the document. If the User does not accept the modifications made to the present privacy policy, the User is required to halt use of this Application and may ask the Data Controller to remove its Personal Data. Unless otherwise specified, the previous policy will continue to be applied to the Personal Data collected up to that time.

The User’s Data is collected to enable the Controller to provide its services, and for the following purposes: Contact form, statistics, address management and sending of e-mails and interaction with social networks and external platforms. Because of requirements associated with operation and maintenance, this Application and any third-party services used by it may collect system logs, or files that record interactions and which may contain Personal Data, such as the User’s IP address. Definitions

The natural person, corporate body, government agency or any other entity, association or body assigned by the Controller to process the Personal Data, according to the provisions of this privacy policy.

Data Controller (or Controller)

The natural person, corporate body, public administration or any other entity, association or body responsible – including together with another controller – for making decisions regarding the purposes and methods of processing personal data and the instruments utilised, including with regard to security, in relation to the operation and use of this Application.
